Music theory tutor solfege tv#
I have recently performed for major TV shows in Paris: Le Grand Échiquier (France 2), Variations (France Télévisions, Culturbox), and I am currently making my first album in Amsterdam. Next to my technical teaching skills, I am also actively involving in various musical projects. I have recently moved to Amsterdam, and happy to provide references from my previous students from Paris if requested. Based on the teaching experiences I have, I can consider myself as a teacher with patience, motivating style and an open mind. I can combine different practices and teach basic techniques in repertoire that matches the personality of the student (from classical to contemporary, pop, rock and more). I am there to help them as a teacher and a music coach for their musical career. I can easily adapt myself to the level of each student to create a synchronicity and help them pursue their goals and wishes. I have been teaching to the different age groups and different levels of technical backgrounds (beginner or advanced).

With the experiences I gained over the years - including the teaching experience in the Conservatory of Cambrai (France) - I became an expert in teaching violin and keyboards as well as music theory, including writing and reading scores. During this period of time, I had been playing in the Orchestra Academy of La Scala in Milan for 2 years. I have been performing concerts around the world in the most prestigious concert halls including the Châtelet Theater and Seine Musicale (Paris), the National Opera House (Oman) and La Scala (Milan), as well as many other venues in Europe, US, China, Middle East.

I have graduated from the world's great institutions such as the Royal College of Music London, Manhattan School of Music New-York, Brussels Royal Conservatory, and Paris-Sorbonne University (in musicology). Trusted teacher: My name is Mathilde, I am a French violinist, pianist, harpsichordist, producer and composer. If you are a more advanced and want to bring your playing to the next level, I can coach you so you develop your unique 'voice' on the instrument and have technique to burn. If you have a particular style of music you are interested in or some favourite songs you've always wanted to learn, we can cover them! I am happy to teach absolute beginners through to advanced students, ages 7 and up. It is also important to enjoy playing and feel excited by it however, as this is the best motivator for students! It's how I learned after all. My teaching philosophy is that the ears are just as important to train as the hands and I integrate this into my lessons. I have played in many different ensembles and have attended the Bath International Guitar Festival in the UK, on a scholarship. maybe you are a parent looking to relax for an hour and have fun or enrich your child’s development and give them a skill they can enjoy for the rest of their lives.Ī little about my background: I come from a musical family I am a lifelong lover of music with a bachelor's degree in Jazz Guitar from Leeds Conservatoire and a BTEC diploma with distinction in Music Practice. Perhaps you're intrigued by the guitar and want to give it a go. Learning an instrument is hugely rewarding and a great investment, one that I believe is accessible to anyone. Trusted teacher: Hi everyone! My name is Curragh and I am a guitar teacher from the UK.
